Behind WedlySite
We got married too. That is the whole story.
WedlySite is Emma and Juan: a storyteller and a builder, who got married and wanted one simple, beautiful link for their own guests and ended up making them for couples across South Africa.
Where It Started
One link, so nobody has to ask.
While we were planning our own wedding, we wanted something simple: one shareable website we could send to every guest. A place that answers every question they might have, lets them RSVP in seconds, and keeps every response in one central, manageable place, so we were not buried under WhatsApp messages from all kinds of different people asking all kinds of different questions.
So Juan built it. Emma was deep in the planning stress, and he kept thinking of any way to relieve some of it with the skills he had. The website was that way. Guests stopped asking. RSVPs handled themselves. The week before the wedding was actually calm.
Then something unexpected happened: designing our own stationery, the invitations, the save the dates, the details of the day, became the part we loved most.
Why It Matters
Your wedding has a feeling. Everything should carry it.
A wedding day is the biggest day in most people's lives, and it has a theme, a feeling, a mood attached to it. You want your guests, and yourselves, to experience that feeling through the whole journey, from the first save the date to the last thank you. That is the whole idea behind WedlySite: immerse your guests in that experience, and make the process simple, smooth and stress-free while it happens.
It is why nothing we make is a template, and why every piece of your stationery follows the same design, look and mood as your website and your day. One aesthetic, start to finish.
The Designer
Emma ties it all together.
Emma designs all of the digital stationery: the save the dates, the invitations, the pieces for the day itself. Her craft is making every one of them tie in beautifully with your website, so everything your guests touch carries one look and one feeling, from the first hello to the last thank you.
And she curates every couple's love story. She comes from a family where stories are part of who they are, and it shows: most of your guests know you are getting married, but they rarely know how you got here. How you met, the struggles, the good moments, how the engagement happened. Emma shapes that story so the people you love most can feel it.
The Builder
Juan makes it all work.
Juan builds the websites: the pages your guests scroll, the RSVP forms they fill in, and the systems behind them that catch every response and keep it in one place for you. He worked in marketing and tech before this, building websites, copywriting, branding, and that is where the safe, fast, secure part comes from.
Through building WedlySite, and our own wedding's website and stationery, he fell in love with the same thing Emma did: pulling guests into the feeling of the day.

The Part Nobody Can Copy
We have sat where you are sitting.
We planned a wedding recently. We dealt with the vendors, the quotes, the hundred messages, the questions from every direction. And we have listened to dozens of couples go through the same thing, each with their own stresses, and built solutions around what we heard.
So we do not just build your website and your stationery. Where we have learned a lesson ourselves, we will share it. Our couples ask us for advice all the time, about timing, about what actually matters, about what can wait, and that, we think, is what makes working with us feel human.
